The Role
We’re looking for a Fractional Executive Chef Consultant to partner with restaurant clients on menu development, operations, and staff training.
What You’ll Do
Lead menu reviews and seasonal menu development
Optimize kitchen operations, inventory, and purchasing
Train staff on consistency, food safety, and standards
Collaborate with CFO team to align culinary with profitability goals
What We’re Looking For
15+ years in culinary leadership (CIA degree preferred)
Proven track record in menu development and kitchen management
Strong leadership and training ability
Passion for building consistency and profitability in restaurants
