The Role
We’re looking for a Fractional Executive Chef Consultant to partner with restaurant clients on menu development, operations, and staff training.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead menu reviews and seasonal menu development

  • Optimize kitchen operations, inventory, and purchasing

  • Train staff on consistency, food safety, and standards

  • Collaborate with CFO team to align culinary with profitability goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years in culinary leadership (CIA degree preferred)

  • Proven track record in menu development and kitchen management

  • Strong leadership and training ability

  • Passion for building consistency and profitability in restaurants
