The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to join our team. You’ll partner with business owners to provide financial clarity, build forecasts, and design strategies that improve cash flow, profitability, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial strategy for client businesses ($2M–$50M revenue)

• Analyze financials, cash flow, and job costing

• Build forecasts, budgets, and KPI dashboards

• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in finance or executive leadership

• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication skills — ability to simplify complex numbers

• Passion for partnering with owners to drive results
